I was impressed by the images on the web: the design, material, and workmanship reflected class! After a minor delay, I was informed by LIB Customer Service that the Customs Department has held on to the shipment awaiting determination as to its "actual value" by a Jewelry Appraiser; a free service provided by the courier! This was actually a flattering disposition since the Customs officials had mistaken the imitations for the genuine items requiring a heavier assessment of Import Duty! I received the parcel within a few days. It was very well packed and nothing was damaged or missing. All I can say is that the images on the web do not do justice to this ring in plain view! It could very well pass off as a family heirloom passed down thru' generations. It is very well made and the stone-metal contacts are firm. There is an aesthetic balance between the zirconium stones circling around the central "ruby" that brings out its sultry appeal.
