If you are looking for a cost effective but impressive modern wedding dress, would highly recommend. Also hides a 5 month preggers bump really well!Delivery: Was ontime and within the estimated delivery date. Actually arrived 2 days early.Material: Very good quality heavy satin. Very subtle shimmer but not shiny. I chose Ivory as my skin tone is more olive. Fully lined in a lighter satin material.Fitting: Bodice is structured and boned. I wore a strapless bra which reigned in am ample bossom due to pregnancy. Pleated/fold detail in bodice sits just over the line of the dress providing enough subtle coverage for a larger bust. You could opt for a corset/bodice but if you are relatively well toned from chest-hip then the dress does the rest. Some people opted for an underskirt, I didn't as we were getting married in summer, the material is heavy enough and has enough structure that the skirt stays quite full even when walking.Size/Measurements: Agree with other reviewers that Lightinthebox.com measurements are quite accurate. There is enough material included in the seams (about 1") to let the dress out a bit if you need to. Adjusting the dress wasn't complicated, my dress maker managed to take it in/out where needed. Hem length measuresments seem to meet average height requirements (I'm 5'7" and wore 9cm heels with a small platform toe), but I added 3 inches just to be sure...ended up having to take then hem up 3"...but again, not difficult to do and better to have too much material than too little.Packaging: The dress arrives in a tiny box, comes with a pink/clear plastic dress bag (recommend getting a seperate breathable dress bag), but all it took was a quick steam by my dry cleaner (￡10) and it was ready to wear.I would suggest visiting a bridal shop and have accurate measurements taken. In my case I measured too large in the bust and hips, expecting I would balloon before the wedding.For those not sure on Import tax to UK, this dress was about ￡40.Reply Was this review helpful? Very good quality material, a built in bra which was great because I didn't have to wear one with it and I felt completely secure, I didn't have to pull at it. It also came with a cute pink garment bag that isn't the greatest quality (the zipper came off a few times) but it still worked great and I didn't have to go buy one. My only complaint is when I got the dress a few stitches had ripped and the clasp at the top had broken off, but with the zipper we didn't really need it anyway. I had the dressed hemmed a bit and she fixed the damaged parts easily. A beautiful dress and great price!Reply Was this review helpful? I recommend it for maternity wedding dress too, because I was 5 months pregnant and I felt comfortable in this dress.
